Piezo surgery utilizes ultrasonic vibrations to gently remove bone while preserving hard and soft tissue. It is safer, less painful, and less traumatic than traditional bone cutting. Due to the nature of the ultrasonic vibrations, soft tissue including arteries, nerves and sinus membranes are not cut.
